Facilities Management envelops a large range of activities within OPERON. We take on one stop commissions to manage and carry out all ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ Facilities Management Services including M&E Services, Fabric, Grounds, Security, Cleaning, Catering, Porterage, Reprographics, etc

Professional Support Services
We act for Clients in a flexible manner to dovetail into existing arrangements where facilities and maintenance are managed in house including:-

• Reviews of existing arrangements
• Strategic Planning
• Managing Agents Services
• Monitoring and auditing
• Specification, procurement and management of maintenance contracts
• Preparation of asset registers and planned preventative maintenance schemes

CAFM
We utilise Computer Aided Facilities Management Systems to manage the collection and reporting of data, including Help Desk, Space Planning and Asset Management.
